Due to a change in ownership of the Bolton Energy from Waste (ERF) facility in Bolton, Valencia Communities Fund will not be accepting application for projects in this area after 31 October 2020. If you have an application pending or have not yet submitted a stage 2 application, please ensure you submit the full application before 31 October 2020. Please note this does not affect projects that have already received an award of funding from Valencia Communities Fund.
Valencia Communities Fund has funded projects specifically around Bolton ERF since April 2014, awarding £357,000 to 19 projects as part of the wider Northern funding region.
Please note that some funding areas covered by the Bolton ERF may still be eligible under the Pilsworth landfill site area.
