This quarter, we say a fond farewell to one of the oldest schemes in the Landfill Communities Fund - Pennon Environmental Fund.
This fund has operated since 1996, administered first by Viridor Ltd and subsequently by Valencia Communities Fund. In that time 240 projects have received £2.5m funding across the length and breadth of South West Water's operating area.
Following the sale of Viridor Ltd, Pennon - and South West Water - is no longer associated with Viridor and so Valencia Communities Fund is no longer able to fund in this area.
The final round of applications was completed on 24 September, and the following projects were the beneficiaries in a very competitive round:
