At the end of April, John Lockwood, CEO of Valencia Communities Fund is retiring.
John has been with us since July 2014, implementing a raft of changes and improvements to the company. He oversaw our record year, where we allocated a record amount of funding to projects, as well as a 75% reduction in our held funds over three years. John is planning to use his time productively by completing projects that have been on hold for a number of years and playing even more tennis.
John said "I have really enjoyed my three years at Valencia Communities Fund and the wonderful opportunity to provide funding for hundreds of projects that really make a difference to local communities."
