Valencia Communities Fund Board of Trustees awarded HOME Arts Centre a total of £69,807 to change the lighting throughout the building’s public and operational spaces from standard to LED light bulbs, and to replace the projector in the main gallery space.
HOME has changed nearly 300 lights from standard bulbs to LED, reducing the energy consumption by 80% per bulb, and a new projector has been installed in the gallery. This adds up to £16,000 savings on energy bills allowing the centre to be more financially resilient.
