Many of our applicants prior to 2020 will have a legal charge and/or a restriction in favour of Viridor Credits Environmental Company, if the project involved purchase of land, extension to buildings or new builds.
Any applicant organisation that has a charge or restriction on the title may now apply to the Land Registry to have the charge or restriction removed, regardless of when the charge or restriction was entered.
To apply to Land Registry for the removal of a restriction, you will need the Land Registry's RX3 form.
To apply for the removal of a legal charge, you will need to use the Land Registry's DS1 form, which will need to be signed by one of our directors.
You may also need other documentation when submitting these forms.
